Graeme Taylor has been the senior partner of Gelbergs since 1990. He originally joined as a trainee in 1982, qualified in 1984 and became a partner in 1985.

Graeme specialises in two main areas:

Commercial Property
He deals with all aspects of commercial property including commercial landlord and tenant issues. Graeme has vast experience in acting both for landlords and tenants.

His expertise in this field has often saved his clients substantial expense. Graeme will always seek to find common ground in any dispute between the landlord and the tenant and (unlike some solicitors) is always aware that decisions have to be based on sound business principles.

Graeme is also involved in some residential conveyancing.

Wills and Probate
Graeme also specialises in the area of wills and probate. He is a member of STEP (The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners) thus making him an acclaimed expert in all matters to do with wills, trusts, Inheritance Tax planning and the administration of estates. Graeme is also a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society.

He has been writing wills for clients all his professional career and adopts the approach that the wills should be clear, concise and easy for the client to understand.

Away from the law, Graeme is a devoted family man. His
passion is watching football and walking his dogs - not
necessarily at the same time. Graeme devotes much of
his spare time to various charities.
